3rd of July Vendor Market Application

July 3rd at the South East Weld County Fairgrounds (7758 County Road 59, Keenesburg) Doors will open to the public at 5:00pm and will close at 8:00pm. Set up will begin at 4:00pm and all booths must be set up no later than 4:45pm. Booths must be cleaned up and everything out of the building no later than 9:00pm.

One 8 foot table and 2 folding chairs will be provided for each booth. Space is given on a first come, first served basis. Registration closes on June 28th

EARLY BIRD PRICING

Application and payment must be received no later than June 16th. $25.00 for Members I $35.00 for Non-Members

LAST MINUTE PRICING

Any application and payment received between June 16th - June 28th $35.00 for Members I $45.00 for Non-Members

By submitting this agreement. I will ensure that any equipment or event space that is leased to me will be returned clean and in the same or better condition than when I received it. I agree to pay any costs incurred if any equipment is returned damaged or is lost. By submitting this agreement, I release the Keenesburg Area Chamber of Commerce and any persons acting on their behalf of any liability including but not limited to injury. theft. or loss of goods. I acknowledge that my business is in good standing and all my products are up to the standards of the state.

I also give Keenesburg Area Chamber of Commerce permission to use my logo. photos. and public contact information for promotional and advertising purposes and I give consent to allow photos and/or videos to be taken of me and my booth during the event for advertising and promotional purposes.
